Blue is often thought of as a peaceful calming color, relieving stress restoring a sense of calm. I think of being at the beach … the warmth of the sand combined with the seemingly endless view of the deep blue ocean meeting the pale blue sky. So, it seems to me there is a definite connection between color and experience, evoking emotion. Looking at the photo below brings me back to a place and time, I am immediately feeling calm and happy.
