Although April is coming to a close our color of the month “Millennial Pink” will continue to trend. So, here are a few other pink paint colors to consider using in your home.
But, will you try out a Pink paint color in your home this year, or pass all together?
Blush Pinks are being used as a new neutral in creative color combinations with taupes & browns, blues, grays, yellow, greens or orange.
First, one of my favorite all time blush pink colors is from Farrow & Ball, Calamine Estate Emulsion.
Even though Calamine Estate Emulsion is shown in the girls room below, this blush pink color would be equally at home in just about any other room in your home.
However, if Pale blush pinks are not your thing here’s a rosy pink to consider …
Farrow & Ball, Cinder Rose.
The image below in an Upper West Side Apartment Renovation.
Cinder Rose has been described as “a wildly romantic rose-pink”
Last but not least, a cheerful coral/pink like Dishy Coral from Sherwin-Williams.
Dishy Coral SW 6598 updates this closet door with a barn door design in a heartbeat!
Instructions for this diy closet door project is on the Sherwin-Williams website.
Barn doors continue to be popular but if you don’t have the room or don’t want to take down your existing doors, this diy project really gives you that barn door look easily. Plus painting the doors in a bright color is not just for kids rooms. This pop of color would look great in a home office or guest room too!
