A little information about Southern Living 2013 Idea House: Located on the land of country music icon Barbara Mandrel’s estate. The home has since been converted to The Inn at Fontannel, a six-room boutique hotel outside of Nashville.
Such an amazing farmhouse kitchen with deep sage green cabinetry, shiplap wall treatment, dual pendants & dual counter tops; wood for this island & marble for the counter areas, counter stools and accents in stainless, topiary collection, atop dark wood floors.
Beamed ceiling, white shiplap walls, drapery panels, wood floors, natural fiber area rug, english are sofa, decorative pillows, wall sconces, console table, two seating areas all work within a soothing blue, green and white color palette with dark wood accents.
And as a final note, The 2017 Southern Living Idea House Tour is open through July 30, 2017.
Purchase your tickets to tour the 2017 Southern Living Idea House, located in Cape Fear Station on beautiful Bald Head Island, North Carolina. Tickets are $15 for adults and free for children 12 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. A portion of each ticket sold benefits the Old Baldy Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to maintaining North Carolina’s oldest lighthouse, built in 1817.
