Sherwin-Williams Top 50 Paint Colors is a handy reference. Full of beautiful hues that span the spectrum from reds to soft neutrals tones.
So which paint colors speak to you?
Or are you as surprised as I am at how many of these colors you’ve seen or used yourself over the years? And even though these top 50 paint colors are based on 2016 rankings they are still tried and true colors today.
My tip ~ keep an ongoing “home project” document for all your projects. I’ve always been a tried and true 3-ring binder type to keep client design portfolio’s within reach. But having a copy of the project on a computer is such an asset when your out and need to reference a detail or two.
So a few reasons why keeping your home decorating records makes sense …
First, for resale or renting. Add value to prospective buyers or renters with “home project” information. Not to mention, the added benefit of documenting additional services like what company cuts the lawn, or what painter you used.
And the other is a quick reference guide for you! Making your life just a little bit easier, when you need to repaint you’ll have the information at your fingertips.
Lastly, include inspiration photo’s for future projects.
So thanks for stopping in, we hope you’ve left inspired! ~ Nancy
